Dawson College

A collaborative mural was commissioned on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the shooting at Dawson College. The finished artwork hangs in the deMaisonneuve entrance as a reminder of the values of peace and community that Dawson holds dear to its heart.

"The collective mural has been framed and is mounted in the entranceway of 4001 de Maisonneuve! The artwork is also visible from the street. The symbolism of the artwork, created by Nathalie Hazan, will not be lost on anyone who lived through that day five and a half years ago or who have entered the doorway since. Special thanks to Nathalie for her beautiful image based on extensive research. She really gets it!"
